CPP Film For Metallizing
MCPP is made of aluminum plated polypropylene raw materials and processed by high-precision mold casting under strict technological conditions.
MCPP consists of three layers. The corona treatment layer is a special PP material suitable for metal plating, which has excellent adhesion to evaporated metal (AL or alloy, etc.) to ensure the composite strength and brightness of VMCPP.
The intermediate layer is a homopolymer PP material designed specifically for high-temperature vapor deposition to improve the rigidity and processability of the film.
The bottom layer is a heat sealing layer, which can provide a lower heat sealing temperature, high heat sealing strength, and control the precipitation of small molecules.
After aluminum plating, CPP film has strong metallic luster and resistance to oxygen, carbon dioxide, and ultraviolet rays, improving the shelf life of packaged goods.
